YOU decide the level of HR service you require for your business (we can help advise based on our experience) and Aspire HR Ltd will provide an HR service for your business including:

Development of policies, procedures. terms & conditions of employment
Coaching managers/ supervisors in handling employee situations
Handling day to day employee relations issues
Project Management of all HR activities
There are 3 different levels of retained HR service available - all for 12 months - but you Pay as you Go for the services received on a fixed day rate fee.
