What is an HR Health Check?
This is an audit of your current HR policies, procedures and practices in the organisation to see what is in place, review any written documentation and take a snapshot of what is happening in practice.
Some of this review will require the consultant on your site premises to identify relevant documents, and discuss current practices and the remainder of consultant time will be off-site to review all the documents in detail.
The health check (or audit) will result in a comprehensive report which will:
highlight any areas of legal risk/ concern requiring urgent action
recommendations for improvement
highlight current good practice.
You decide what actions to implement and how you will do these.
